Solved HELP Power jerking after Drivetrain replacement (GEN2)

That's great that they are replacing your bike!
But I think you should discuss the details with Stark.
I'm thinking they will want to ship your new bike to a dealer, and if you don't want them to ship it to the dealer that has your current bike, you should make that clear to them.
Regarding your aftermarket parts, I would first try to get the dealer that has your bike to let you swap back the stock parts.
And regarding the MX suspension, why do want that? I have an MX Varg with the lightest springs and it's too stiff for anything except jumping triples on an MX track.
If your EX was too soft, look for an EX with heavier springs.
And Congratulations!
I think i want to do more jumps (not huge jumps) than enduro and a MX suspension could be good for that, but i dont care too much. Heavier springs like you said should be okey and i can order them from the website.

And yes, i already told them that i want the bike to arrive at my house not to the dealer, he is a terrible dealer and i think he end the contract with Stark today

That's actually the best out come!

I'd speak to Loar, based in Madrid. Lolo was an absolute star to work with and he and Stark have a good relationship. I'd imagine that he'll have what you want and Stark can facilitate it.

UPDATE:

Soooo... new bike coming.
. I'll have a new bike with a warranty. What I dread is having

Thank you all so much for your interest and help, love you all ♥️
Awesome. So happy for you!! I am traveling and usually don't log on. But a new bike is what I am glad to hear.
