Fog and I bought our MXRs together from same dealer and luckily they mixed ours up with each other and not another customer. They said it was actually a fault from Alta's side not the dealer.

Hey Guys! What is the OEM brake pad replacement for front and rear on our MXR?

Maybe there is a set of upper and lower clamps that can solve the spacing. Was there a reason to the wider spacing?

@Fog 25 has the same issue. He gives his fan a little nudge with a zip tie when he starts his charging and it spins all throughout the charge cycle.
