Willco :) Thanks! I rode about 1.5 hr today with recharging when resting and everything worked fine except the red service light flashing.

I add screenshots. The first three pictures are after the ride with battery half full (half empty), the last one is after 2 minutes when charger connected.

I just updated the firmware at my 2017 Alta MX and have the same issue - Error code 36 immediately after the update. The Alta Multitool Software shows the imbalance at 2 cells. Any recommendation?

5 days and the download is far from reaching the finish :eek:

It looks like the complete download will take a week at least. It has been running for 50 h by now and there are still data from the whole season to be downloaded. I wonder if this can't cause damage of the coolant pump as it's continuously running as well. Any ideas?

What is your experience with the downloading time of the bike's data into the Alta Multitool Software? My download is running for 24 h already and data from about 9 h of riding only and 0.8 GB data have been transfered so far. Does somebody know what is the size of the internal memory of the bike?

To ship it to US they would have to submit a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for the battery pack. It's not a piece of cake but it's solvable. Batteries are beeing transported all over the world.
