load / resistance spec for aux / 12v circuit

I am trying to put an inline switch on my headlight so I can turn it off. I worry about the heat burning something. Do you know of any other ways to limit the inrush current that won’t get so hot?

load / resistance spec for aux / 12v circuit

By any chance did you consider trying a PTC thermistor? I’m considering trying that with a bypass. Not my area of expertise, looking for help here.

    Switch to kill headlight/taillights

Datadog, I was hoping you chimed in. You seem to understand this stuff pretty well. If I put a switch on the circuit and there is a problem with the inrush current or load sensing issue, will I be able to simply re-connect the wires and be back in business or am I going to have to flash the...

    Switch to kill headlight/taillights

I’m looking to install a switch to turn on/off headlight, taillights, brake light, plate lamp. Does anyone know if I could tap into the key area somewhere, or do I have to tap each wire and use multiple switches?

    Skeleton Capacitors

I bought a capacitor flashlight for way more than I should’ve spent. It charged in 15 seconds and lasted a few minutes. Cool idea, but it didn’t work for long. Hopefully they get the kinks worked out because it was a great start to something big.

Creative methods of charging the bike to say 50% after a ride

Does anyone have any creative methods of charging the bike to say 50% after a ride? When I get back I throw it on the charger and bring it up to 100%. It may be a couple days or a couple weeks before I get back to it. I’d rather it not sit there at 100%, but I certainly don’t want to leave it...

Congratulations on your purchase!! $10,400 is still a good price. I was hoping it didn’t sell and I could get another one for 6 or 7k😞 At some point, they’re gonna skyrocket in price. Supply and demand. Just need a good deal on another one before they do.

    BAD NEWS

I do believe the board can be duplicated fairly easily? I think a dealer with a laptop with the latest firmware is the best solution. With the firmware, could we flash an after market display?

If that gearing and tire are working good for you, I think I’ll try it. By any chance, is it tubeless?

    Wanderings of an EXR

Thanks for the info. That’s exactly what I was looking for. Just wondering, did it hurt your range and why would you switch the size. I was thinking the biggest possible for better traction where I ride with a lot of rocks, logs, and basically trials country.
