Creative methods of charging the bike to say 50% after a ride

This is a feature i mentioned in the 2019/2020 wish list thread. If we can get our hands on the software, it's one feature i'd like to develop. As of now, i just use my cellphone and set a timer based on the SOC, knowing the charging rate. Its usually about 30 minutes for every 1/6 SOC.

Acerbis Footpeg Covers are a must!

I was sick and tired of the footpegs scooping dirt/mud and the footpegs getting stuck in a pushed back position because of it. I installed a pair of Acerbis Footpeg Covers and they work like a charm. I had to remove my pegs first and fight to get them on, but it was worth the effort. The pegs no...

Anyone do a bladder conversion on the shock yet?

I love your thinking, Mark! That sounds totally trick.

Anyone do a bladder conversion on the shock yet?

I'm working with SDI now to see if they can provide a solution. They told me their shorty bladder reservoir extends 98mm beyond the threads. Thats roughly 3.8" and would probably rub against the subframe. I'm asking to see if i can trim about 1/4" off the threaded end and make it work...

Anyone do a bladder conversion on the shock yet?

Your shock looks different than mine. Mine has a thicker silver female end that the reservoir threads in to.

    Dumbfounded Alta is no more

Yeah, I've pretty much exhausted my efforts defending the bike and brand on VitalMX and other media outlets. I've come to the conclusion that the majority of the dirtbike community is ignorant, arrogant, uneducated, and in denial.

Anyone do a bladder conversion on the shock yet?

The Tank is still a piston style reservoir. I'm looking for a bladder conversion.

Anyone do a bladder conversion on the shock yet?

When Mark and I revalved my shock, the piston was seemingly hitting some sort of hard stop halfway down the reservoir before charging it with nitrogen. We just figured that's where it needed to be set before filling the other side with nitrogen.

Anyone do a bladder conversion on the shock yet?

I want to do a bladder conversion on my shock to make maintenance/tinkering with valve stacks a lot easier. Has anyone done the conversion yet? JBI makes one. Not sure if it will fit though. WP Shock Bladder Kit SDI also makes one, and its a shorty version that looks like may clear our...

    Front Fender Slap

@MattB I am about to install a KTM front plastic set on my bike. Can you draw a quick diagram with measurements showing exactly where you drilled the 2 new holes in front of the stock lower clamp, as well as the 2 new holes on the underside of the fender? I suppose i could figure it out myself...

    Supercross Prep

ITs a Yamaha front fender and front plate that Mark modified to work with this setup. Its just temporary. I'm planning on fitting KTM front plastics on the bike.

    Supercross Prep

@Mark911 is loaning me a set on 52mm WP Cone Valves, Triple clamps, front wheel, and a unobtanium front brake caliper with larger diameter pistons, all for my Amateur SX race at Aneheim 2 on January 20th. I stopped by his house today to work on fitting the front end and to revalve the stock rear...

    Alta Body Kits?

I (hopefully) have a replacement subframe coming in my order. There is a hairline crack in the subframe that's on my bike now from a crash I had in my first race with the bike. I know a few offroad fabricators near me and have already reached out to them about building a replacement out of...
