Unbreakable brake levers - which ones fit?

Maybe Unbreakable leavers? I haven't tried these yet but am planning to.

3 issues with my Stark Varg in 1 week.

I did a battery swap in Canada and shipped back the old one under warranty. Just remember to print the hazardous material documents in color and triplicate. Don't attach them to the packaging. The battery swap didn't fix all my problems, but they had diagnosed the bike remotely and decided I...

3 issues with my Stark Varg in 1 week.

Some of the chargers shipped with improperly wired plugs. The insulation on my was not stripped back far enough and the wires were being clamped on the insulation. I didn't find out until my plug melted because of the poor connections. I have replaced it with a new L14-30 plug which I purchased...

    New bike help needed

It's not that simple. The charger uses a boost converter to charge the battery at 450V and 3A for slow charging, this works out to around 12A of 110V current.

Yes, the wireless charger coupling is off center, so your phone has to be the right way around.

    New bike help needed

I made my own 110 volt adapter. I didn't want to pay the cost of the adapter plus the exorbitant shipping fee. I used an old line cord and got the 220 socket on Amazon for $20 . The wiring is straight forward, put the neutral and hot to the 2 hots on the 220 socket, and ground to ground. Use a...

    Varg charging from generator.

I finally got to ride my Varg. The result was a bad news/good news result. I tested it out on a sand track and it chewed through the battery much faster than I expected. However, I was able to recharge it with my tiny 1700W 110V generator in reasonable time. If I recharge on every break of...

    Insuring electric dirt bikes

I tried to get fire, theft, and liability insurance for my Varg, It threw the insurance company into a tail spin when they asked how many cc's the bike was. I said 0, and they told me they can not insure anything less than 150ccs. Well that was just the start. I have been contacting every...

    Anti-Theft?!

I was told that some sort of disable/ant-theft feature is in the works. Is this true?

    Anti-Theft?!

My Varg phone comes with a data-only SIM card, so it looks like there is come connectivity. I don't know how the subscription is being paid for, but maybe I'll find out if it expires. Maybe it uses this data connection for updates and registration?

Is there any reason I can run 10-40w oil in the varg?

The Varg comes with a 2 year warranty, unlike other motocross bikes that have NO warranty. I wouldn't want to risk that by trying to save a few dollars on oil.

My update worked, but id did take a long time. Lots of different flashing patterns before it was done.

how to put the bike on a stand without help from others

AH! This was exactly the problem I had! I needed the bike on its charging stand both in the garage and at the track. I'm only 77kg with a separated right shoulder, so none of the other suggestions will work. I certainly could not use the stoppy technique in the garage. I noticed that none of...

    Varg charging from generator.

I looked into the Varg battery and it is a 420 V unit. This probably means that the charger is a boost converter and can take either 110 or 220 inputs. Both residential services are limited to 15A, so that is why it takes 2 hours at 220V x 15A to charge the 6480Wh battery. This puts the charge...

    Varg charging from generator.

For a given battery resistance, R, the charging rate is V²/R so doubling the voltage cuts my charge time by 75%. Since charging on 110V takes longer than charging on 220V I can assume that the Varg charger does not have a boost converter, unfortunately. I would think that a simple transformer...

    Varg charging from generator.

The videos I have seen are showing a max of 10 A charging, but I think you can set the charge rate to whatever you need.

    Varg charging from generator.

Obviously, but the changing current at 220V is only 10A according to what I have seen .

    Varg charging from generator.

I think that should work because the 220V in Europe is single phase.

    Varg charging from generator.

The transformer would be electrically isolating so you can choose whatever ground and neutral reference you want. 220 lines in Europe still use a hot and neutral convention and which is which is random because some of the plugs are reversible.
