This is the new Urban Assault Vehicle for the Stripes reboot.

Not really a good show of Social Distancing, but a good example of what NOT to do with a SxS. With the picture on it's side, the SxS doesn't look too bad. This was taken after we rolled it onto its side, it was completely upside down.

This was the route I was going, except with fiberglass. After making a master, it's easily cut and then using clay again to fill in the ribs to create a smooth sided shroud with the same mounting points. Then make the master mold out of silicone and do a pressure infused fiberglass or carbon...

@metallic88 is making much more progress than me at the moment. I've got a mold of the left shroud, but currently I have no workspace to continue working on it. I'm sure smooth-sided shrouds will make an appearance... some day.

I would almost agree with you, except for the fact that the vast majority of electric vehicles coming out of china are designed for and ridden on the streets. I'm not a very adventurous or hard riding off-roader, but I've had some bad spills and bikes meant for off-road terrain need a different...

I think if we were able to get any IP we would have gotten the firmware code. However, we have some members here with access to photo modelling software.
