First time I've had this happen, plugged MXR in to charge using my normal charger, says charging but never charges the battery. No fault code or anything. Tried it twice, same deal. This is the first time I've used the charger on my bike in a while (usually use the slow charger on my son's mxr)...

That's probably not going to happen due to the small number of Altas out there. It probably isnt cost effective to create new molds etc if someone other than acerbis does it. I contacted acerbis a week ago and they didnt sound the least bit interested in providing plastics.

So is it better to charge with the regular charger or the fast charger if you aren't in a hurry? I have both and had a dedicated 240 put in just for my fast charger at home. However if I'm doing undue damage to the cells using the fast charger when at home then I will just use the regular...

I have 2018 mxr 233 and 396. So far both have had no issues although I also refused to update the firmware. Hopefully it stays this way.

I think I'm going to sell both of my MXR's. It's sad because I got the first one ever sold. Super stoked on these bikes and they are amazing but where we ride is nothing but steep and gnarly rocks where stuff gets torn up in a crash.

Not really, just ripped the line off the fitting on the left hand rear brake (simple fix) and ripped the rear fender off the subframe which is mounted completely retarded to begin with (I already have a much better fix that I will post up when it's done. Gets rid of those stupid brass inserts...
