    Power Upgrade on the Varg

Anton said in his February interview with Enduro enforcer that such features are coming, and like the race app (to lock power for a given amount of time) you will need a premium subscription to access that. Unfortunately vehicles used to be "what you see is what you get", you owned the thing...

Flux Performance - eMX startup from Europe

Awesome, thanks Marko, best of luck to you. Crazy to think that Honda presented their electric prototype in 2017, that Stark was funded a couple years later but already released their bike, and that Flux, funded in 2020 (or 2021 ?) also stands a chance to deliver before big H. Big OEMs...

Flux Performance - eMX startup from Europe

I like your take on this and appreciate you're taking some time to participate in the discussion here, it's great 👍. Since that's kinda the topic here, I'm gonna push my luck and try some indiscreet questions 😜 It looks like you and your team got the engineering part figured out or at least...

Flux Performance - eMX startup from Europe

Nice vid, even if it's only one test on a handful of laps it's promising. Title is clickbait (customer price should be quite close and Stark got Eicher motors money 3 years after their creation, and 6 months after their huge media day so it was not used for early development, more for...

    Varg production numbers / VIN

FWIW the cut off between 2023 and 2024 in VIN (letters P and R as 10th character, respectively) is somewhere between 2826 and 3155.

    Varg production numbers / VIN

After much speculation, and various hurdles in delivery, customers were getting a bit anxious or angry at the lack of communication so Stark ended up doing monthly production updates on their Instagram. They appeared to have stopped that. Here's a recap: May-August 2023:? Sept 2023: 500 Oct...

Maine - Any roadblocks or smooth sailing?

Website says estimated delivery on May 28th, that will be interesting to see how that goes if you can keep us updated on the order. Also curious about VIN 😉

Varg broken out of the box Red light constant

Great news! There are issues, hard to grasp how prevalent they are but from everything I've read so far (inverter, powertain, battery failure...) the warranty seems rock solid. Remote diagnosis is also sci-fi level for a dirtbike.

Power station? Eco Flow or Anker SOLIX F3800

Ok thanks, that's cool if you can charge it while it's in the van. LFP battery rated for 3000 cycles, it should outlast your Varg and next electric bikes for some years 😁

Power station? Eco Flow or Anker SOLIX F3800

Honest question, how do you lug that heft around? Maybe it could stay in the truck while you charge your bike at the track but then obviously comes a point when you need to charge it back?

    Stark CEO interview February 24

Of course you're right it makes sense. It's just that personally I would rather pay an extra $500-1000 and do away with $10-15/month plan, purely because of the signal it sends, "you don't own this, you need to pay to play." Obviously you always need to "pay to play" with dirtbikes, for...

    Stark CEO interview February 24

I hate subscriptions. Makes you feel you don't own anything, you're just renting a service. I don't want it for my music or softwares, certainly don't want it for my motorcycle. There might be plenty of reasons to do that instead of reflecting this in the price of the motorcycle itself but the...
