Yes, call them tomorrow. If they recommend any rear spring over 60 N/mm, they are way off. And let us know what springs they want to put in the front. I would probably start a new thread too, since it sounds like you may have a lot to say when you finally receive it.

Sorry I forgot, do you have an MXR? For trail riding the stock MXR spring is plenty stiff already for any rider who is below the A-level and under 250 lbs. An overly stiff spring would upset your flow. It will cost you traction. You'd have to stand all the time, which is okay if you are a fast...

Something must be wrong with the KTM World's records or spring calculator. Or maybe they are mixing their MX and MXR recommended spring rates (the MX does need at least a 66N/mm spring or stiffer). I have already mentioned this in my initial review. They also told me I needed a much stiffer...

I like my KTM World suspension. I will keep experimenting with my two other MXRs, but the KTM World seems to be the best all-around suspension for me. It works on all tracks that I ride, including the Matt's Camp. I raced it in the 24hr Northeast challenge, and it worked great there as well. I...

Haha! They assigned the Yamaha blue color to Bryan's Alta because of his blue shirt and pants!

    Max regen and flywheels

Yes, these are the details that I want to know. Also, I want to know how the extra weight was attached to the ring gear.

    Max regen and flywheels

Does anyone stil have one of those heavier wheels lying around? I want to try to copy them. Please send me a PM if you have one. Even a picture would help. @datadog @Tuner @Alta05 @Pyndon

Your girlfriend is a great camerawoman! If she could zoom the video, this would have been as good of a footage as what we see from the Spydercam.

    Footpeg spring retainer

And this is what I did. Un-bent the 90-degree bend in the spring and now it won't jam or spin over.

    Footpeg spring retainer

Yes, exactly. See my post above. Now that it has done it, you may have to remove the peg and un-bend the stupid spring while it is out.

    Max regen and flywheels

@gpowell68Y -- Welcome to the club, @Rashid510 -- Doesn't the Supermoto software have the most regen? It should be possible to move its maps to other bikes.

    Footpeg spring retainer

On the Alta the inner leg of the peg return spring is a bit short, and it also has too large of a gap to fill between the peg and the mount. It jams. You have to un-bend the 90 degree bend in it slightly. You may be able to do that even without removing anything.

New tracks that have doubles (not to mention triples!) scare the crap out of me. I would rather watch Bryan's GoPro! I can't wait! I am thinking about driving to Glendale next week to watch Round 4. No, I am not thinking about racing the Futures myself! :ROFLMAO:

I was surprised when the Supercross Futures timing and scoring page showed a YouTube video. I hoped I would see the actual race! But this is a raw audio with no video or even human comments! WTF? Here is the timing and scoring page. Bryan is in the 30+ class. Supercross Futures :: Round 2 -...

What kind of front tire is this? Looks like it is for the intermediate terrain. Does it work at Anaheim for you?

Sweet !!! :lurker: It is great that they even found an Alta logo for the timing and scoring! Get a good start and you should be in the main. Then do not forget to holeshot the main!

Is MXR & EXR Rear Shock The Same

@Mark911 said it does, but he didn't specify from which KTM model. KTM shocks and linkages changed over the years too.

Is MXR & EXR Rear Shock The Same

You can install the MXR/EXR shocks onto an MX/EX if you also install the MXR/EXR linkages.

Is MXR & EXR Rear Shock The Same

Oops! I thought the EXR had an enduro shock. But if it is the same as the MXR, then the OP can buy an MXR 60N/mm spring and install the MXR valving (as documented in Resources).
