Than the 24r it is. I read that jumping the bike with a 90 kg + rider, may cause the suspension linkage to break. Keep an eye on that.

My 13 years old have the 24R. It's a great bike, but can be a bit handful for a 8 years old in my opinion. I'd go with the 20, or 16 depending on his height. That's the problem with children, they grow up fast, requiring constant change of gear (helmets, boots) and bikes...

Wow, I can easily see it happens to me on map 4. Since trail riding (opposed to MX) consist of different terrain types changing rapidly (rocks, roots, sand, mud, loose stones...), too much rear wheel power can cause wheel slide easily. The throttle hand should be very precise

Riding trails on map 4 is not a common practice. Brutal power and acceleration on the MX/EX as it is.

14 years old and riding an Alta. That's impressive! We rode for about 3 hours on the stock battery, and had some left. However, as can be seen in the video, it was slow technical ride. The kind that does not waste much energy

My son got an Oset 24R for his 13th birthday (Bar Mitzva). We had the best time riding enduro today together. the Oset & Alta played along nicely, and it was obvious that things that I learn in 3 weeks, he gets in 3 minutes. this is his 2nd ride ever on a dirt bike. He did really great.

What about the EM Escape is not suitable for your kind of riding? Not nimble enough? can not attack obstacles well enough? Lack of torque?

Looks like I may need stiffer springs for my weight (WP 4cs, 2018 stock EX). I weigh 93 kg (203 pounds) without gear, and ride enduro only. Anyone knows the stock spring rate?

I use the Fastway pegs. They have adjustable height. Put them in the lower position.

My friend just got his new 2021 Energica Eva. Quite a machine. He upgraded to Ohlins suspensions (stock is Marzzoci), and few other upgrades. Everything on the bike screams high quality, quite a machine. Having said that, the feature I like the most is its reverse mode, brilliant.
