I agree that if the screw head interferes with the c'bore such that more of the screw tightening torque goes to overcoming the head rubbing on the rotor c'bore friction, less torque will be applied to clamping the rotor to the hub. To your point, the screw would be "loose". I properly designed...

Did you brake rotor holes align with the rear hub tapped holes? Mine is slightly off, I posted a picture above where you can see the heads of the bolts are cocked to one side of the rotor c'bores.

I've contacted nicecnc about the issue. Problem is this kit was for a KTM, so maybe the stark varg bolt pattern is slightly different?

Just installed mine. The hole pattern on the rear rotor was just slightly off. The rotor screws just barely fit. You can see in the attached images that the screw heads are not perfectly centered in the rotor counterbores.

Do you mean the walking function that goes forward and reverse? If so, just hold down either the two "silver" buttons next to the red on/off button for a few seconds. That will bring up an avatar of a person walking. Once in that mode, the bike will either move slowly forward or backwards...

Yes, you gotta ride it. Call HH or medcalf first, talk to a ranger before you go and get their name. That way if they give you a hard time, you can get the ranger you talked to to resolve the issue. At least the HH rangers are reasonable about it.
