That. OBCs are seperate. Some one posted awhile ago the connector for the Off board charger. Its an off the shelf part can be found on any e-parts store (Digikey/Mouser)

The pack range is a bit tighter than that. FIFO (First in First Out) was practiced until it went crazy due to dealer requests/rework and just overall forgetfulness.

Charge port on bike = Deltawing assembly. The Chargeport harness is part of that DW assembly...sometimes the pins back out a bit on the connector to the DCCP. Some dirt may have gone into the connector on the DCCP side, I would try airing it out and trying to use it again. Ill see whats in...

Those are the serial numbers on the ACM and Inverter. The S/N of the battery is on the inside between the battery pack and inverter cover. Your in luck, quite a few of us are in the Bay Area. Im on the other side of the bridge in South SF.

Doubtful for being parted. Sounds like a fw/switchgear issue. Once on a laptop it can be seen a bit better. Also updating the bike won't hurt either.

MT = Multitool. The diagnostic firmware for our bikes.

If you have MT you can plug into the bike while charging. That can show any errors/data while running. Sounds like a dccp issue. Is the green ground wire torqued down on the right side of the bike? Also check all the connections for the switchgear.

Is your bike updated on fw (last ever release?) Also screen shots can help. GCFI turned on?

The balance tool in MT does not really work all that well. That p-group went out pretty badly.

Yes and no..bikes were tested before they left the factory. Could have popped up from dyno testing and charging the pack back up. Interesting it has '0' miles....

Other way to confirm the Code 36 is press the middle button on the display which can pull up any codes that are stored in the BCU.

Or if you have a bore-scope, just look at the serial number (last three) of the back side of the battery pack. We have enough knowledge off of the Battery S/Ns to know when the cutover was. (Specifically related to pack bond issues)
