I hope you are planning on copying the 2020 Alta or the 2000 Kawasaki shrouds then. There is no reason to make copies of the stock bulbous knee scraper shrouds. Nobody is breaking them, and the replacements are still available and plentiful.
Can we just make molded covers for the front bulkhead to keep the aluminum from being scuffed up by the knee braces? We do not really need shrouds.
I have a spare front bulkhead that I would like to donate to the cause.
I run that size in MX52 when I am in Arizona.
I added two extra links to the chain to move the rear wheel 5/8" back, so now it doesn't rub much even with 110/90R19 tires.
Damn! For just 400 Euro/year I can ride the track every day, and even camp overnight with electrical hookup for $8/night. I am shipping my motovan to Germany!
These bikes remind me the electric cars of the pre-Tesla days. They were made by people and for people who hated cars. Same here, most of nowadays e-bikes are made for people who never owned a motorcycle before. I hope this changes soon.
