My EXR was the best 12.5k I ever spent, but if you found one now for 10k or less, I think you would be getting a reasonable deal. Assuming you are willing to accept that there will be no warranty or dealership support.
Good to hear you managed to solve the problem, now get out and enjoy that bike.:ricky:
And don't forget to take and share some pictures of your rides with us here.
I would think as long as the voltage is correct, and you connect L1, L2, and ground to the correct prongs it should work just fine. Also make sure all building wiring and breakers are appropriate for the load.
I appreciate the offer, I would love to make it down sometime.
As for September in Idaho, I will have the time reserved on the calendar and will definitely be there.
Looks like fun, but if you get too carried away in the corners, it looks like it might have a tendency to fling the rider off... Which makes good amusement for spectators!
Maxima chain wax on my o-ring chain. Works well in dusty conditions without building up dirt, and generally seems to work under most conditions I ride in.
Also easy to clean and maintain.
Those sound like a perfect fit then, and I like the easy on and off idea. But I just can't bring myself to buy them when I already have 3 other bikes already set up with cases.
The little thing can handle a 225 lb guy surprisingly well. Suspension doesn't bottom out on rough trails, and the motor has the power to haul me up surprisingly steep hills with ease. For use as a pit bike, it makes an excellent choice.
