Austin Forkner kissed a tropy girl

I think Monster, YouTube and Google deleted all the evidence that this has ever happened.

Austin Forkner kissed a tropy girl

Austin Forkner won the race, got the trophy on the podium, and... kissed a trophy girl. Outrageous in 2019!!! Can't do that!!! Trophy girls should be looked at, and not too closely, and never kissed. But he got away with it, apparently, because she is his actual girlfriend, not just a random...

    One-man battery removal setup

That video looks like a recipe for dropping the battery. I think it is safer to sit under the bike, hold the battery with both hands, and lift it with your knees.

Want to setup the bike for my weight.

@Geci -- First check if you have a MXR Rear Shock v.1 or v.2 If you have v.1, then you need to revalve the shock. Sent it to N2Dirt ot KTM World. If you have v.2, then revalving is not your first, and not even a second priority. First set the race sag to 90mm. This seems to be a safe setting...

Also, the largest air gap that 350 VDC can jump is just 0.001". You pretty much have to touch a hot high-voltage wire to get zapped. So, do not sit on the bike while working on it, do not touch things with both hands, and be careful with wet things. In my unqualified opinion, if you follow these...

I am not an electrician either, but when working with high voltage I try not to stand in a puddle of water or grab metallic parts with both hands.

MXR dead this morning... (and now alive!)

It occurred at the end of charge, approximately. I interrupted the charge because I had to go to the track. Later, when I fixed everything, the bike sat for at least half an hour balancing itself. I found only one obvious fuse there. It's the white thing in the middle of the first picture.

MXR dead this morning... (and now alive!)

Here is the promised update. Executive summary: After a lot of multimeter poking and part swapping between the bad bike and a good bike, the problem was tracked down to the BCU module. Replacing the BCU fixed it. The bike is finally fully alive and working well! Here is how it went: Dead...

MXR dead this morning... (and now alive!)

Now one more specimen to study and fix what broke on all the dead battery bikes before mine. Perhaps @Judaslefourbe and @Rashid510 could pinpoint what inside the BCU to look for?

MXR dead this morning... (and now alive!)

A new BCU did the trick. I will be posting a detailed report with pictures tonight.

MXR dead this morning... (and now alive!)

Maybe if these saddle bags were low and more forward. Preferably around the main battery. From a safety and stability standpoint, a heavy and hard-mounted luggage that is mounted high on the rear fender would upset the balance of the bike to the point where it is unsafe at high speeds. Even on...

    The R pack wirebond issue

I think one fuse-wire per battery should be sufficient, shouldn't it?

    MX Display totally dead (Fixed!!!)

I'd poke the display connector with a multimeter. You should see 12V on one wire and 9V on the other two, then the problem is likely with the display. Then I'd find a working display to borrow to try it out.

MXR dead this morning... (and now alive!)

LOL! I need to install MultiTool and program my new BCU. Without it the repair is not complete. I am keeping my fingers crossed. Learning about MultiTool now.

Code 33 service required just appeared on display.

It looks like they replaced the battery in that Code 33 thread, apparently because of the bad relay in the BCU unit, which is located in the top cover of the battery. There is a chance I may have those relays after my yesterday's repair. But we need someone with a deeper knowledge to pitch in...
