When I just got my EX, it had the SM maps (at least, that's what it felt like). I could go steep descends without touching the brakes on map 4. After updating the software, the maps became much more similar to one abother.

I also don't feel any difference in regen between maps 1-4 on my EX. I did feel a very pronounced difference on the SM maps. Map 4 there have a very strong regen.

noticed that the bike's horn is not working, and the brake tail light isn't illuminated when brake is activated. Rest of the lights are fine, and bike runs 100%. Before I dive into the 12v harness and connectors, any tips?

I see some scuffs on the right plastics, and a broken brake lever, & small tear of the saddle. Can be caused by two falls in the first 2 hours. It wouldn't bother me too much. What I meant is that this is someone's sale add, and we should be careful writing such things. I don't know this guy...

My Rekluse LHRB does feel a bit spongy, and do not have the same bite as the front brake. However, I can still lock the rear wheel quite easily. There is a dial to change its sensitivity or something, try playing with it.

Hi Jaron. The SM maps are good for enduro.had them on my EX before updating the software. Hard regen brake in map 4 which is quite good for steep descends is the major difference.

So Alta's registered patents are mostly for the mechanics of the frame and chassis. I was pretty sure it would have been for their electrical innovations.
