Basically, every Alta (former) dealer have a laptop with the software. How useful will it be to us getting one of these computers? It's not like they have somewhere to return it to.

The Alta rekluse kit is the same as KTM, however, rekluse do call it "Alta kit". So, if you order directly from them, just ask for the Alta kit. It works well, you will like it. Congrat on the new bike.

So for those with broken LCDs, we need to find the source for them. Those who did a thorough job will need the whole display, including the firmware update for it.

It would have been great if Alta planted a little surprise in their electrical system, something in the form of "error code 36" for example... They deserve it.

And to think there is a pile of new displays just waiting behind the closed doors of the Alta facility. And here we are trying to improvise a resuscitation to a dead display.
