The body plastic is made by Acerbis. They should be able to keep producing fenders, shrouds, and I hope the rear bulkheads/subframes. They probably need someone placing a stocking order though.

The brake force of the regen is only like 2-5% of the max power, or 20-50 times less. If you can discharge the bike at WOT in 20 minutes, then it should take 7-17 hours of driving to charge it via regen.

It is not an easy drain and re-fill. It can be quite technical, depending on the bike that you have. You will need special tools too. I would not bother at 10 hours. Maybe 50-100 hours, then yes. I would take it to a suspension shop then. And have the seals changed at the same time.
