    New Alta article, any corrections?

The winter and cold weather operation is power-limited. Batteries do not like both cold and heat. The Redshift shows a warning light it you are trying to ride it on a near-freezing day. The warning goes away after the battery warms up.

I am not sure if gasser is a word. People usually say gas bikes, or ICE bikes (internal combustion engine).

I love this idea! Someone should start building electric-only supercross tracks that can be covered with a cheap inflatable dome when it rains or snows!

I would delete this tid-bit. All dirt bikes are sold with triangular stands included.

    New Alta article, any corrections?

The founders said that the MX is equivalent in performance to a 250cc 4-stroke dirt bike. They also said numerous times that the intent was to create a better dirt bike, something that could compete with gas bikes and win. I have never heard them having plans to create a 2-wheeled urban...

Yes, the aluminum frame is the heat sink and the radiator.

It is worth confirming, but I think the current gear reduction is single stage with the ratio of ~3.5:1.

    The Alta Factory LHRB

I almost forgot to post an update. I bought another hose, straightened it only up to a 45 degree angle, and it is working now. I have had my MXR out a few times, and the LHRB is working okay. It is not quite powerful for routine brake slides, but it works as well as any LHRB that I have tried...

Airing it out in the heat

Might need to add a bigger "fly wheel". Pun intended.

I think for a balanced appearance the rear fender needs to be chopped off, like on the Ronnie Mac's bike. And a shortened version of the front fender should be added back.

    How Far Have You Gone?

LOL! I want a wider and a softer seat at the front.

Ty Tremaine and Lyndon Poskitt to race in the Erzberg Rodeo

@Butch , I wonder if the guy who loaned his bike to Josh Hill in Paris and was going to loan a bike to Lyndon is Eric the Frenchman that I met in California last year?

I should make some of those spacers. Who else wants them?

    Lyndon Poskitt Erzberg video

With the ability to read and adjust the power many-many times per revolution a flywheel should be unnecessary. Alta already has a "virtual flywheel", so I am not sure why a physical one was necessary. Perhaps for very-very slow starts. Like when you are stuck on an uphill.
