That's a bummer. You can ship, the suspension shops receive and ship things all the time. Or you could look for a local guy who works on KTMs. You should ask your dealer, perhaps they know someone.

Dealers are usually clueless about revalves. Your best bet is to find a local RaceTech shop, especially since the Alta specs call for RaceTech fork adjusters.

What I think you are describing is the soft MX suspension that bottoms out on the faces of the jump. I have experienced that myself. You probably need stiffer springs but you definitely need more damping. Check out my MX suspension upgrade thread. You may want to do the same. If you can find...

@MVetter -- Getting an official approval from Alta would be awesome for your sales. But based on my experience, you may never get it, simply because we are asking Alta to endorse a product that they are not familiar with and have no control over. It might be easier to get a UL or CE approval...

Map 1 feels good it you are riding slow tight sections. It may feel okay if you haven't warmed up yet and decide to go for a jump. You will only notice it on the face of the jump.

This sucks. I think the Alta is the safest bike ever for jumping. Can't hit a neutral, can't be in a wrong gear, and can correct the attitude in the air more widely. But hitting a jump in Map 1 or with a dying battery can send you a bit short. A lot short, if you are going for a backflip.
