Below is the Open-E class race at Daytona that Don just mentioned. There were only 3 entrants. Their two 10-minute races start at the 40-minute mark and at the 4h 5min mark. The track looks so much fun!!! I wish I could also enter and race there! Maybe one year I will.

This was my default method when I was shorter. Except my right hand was grabbing not the rim at the top but the spokes at the front of the wheel. This way you get better leverage and can lift the bike higher with less effort.
