Oh hey thats a Zero ZF Motor. That badging is the older logo which makes it a circa 14 or 15 motor. That box above looks like it holds a 3.3kw battery...not much range with the older Zero bricks.

Israel requirements are very similar to USA DOT regulations, hence why Zero and Alta's were shippable in US format. ABS is the big requirement for EU regulations. Technically there are some loopholes but that's all based on the EU country that you're registering the bike.

This did not happen with over/abandoned engineering and mfg processing @Mark911. Go look at Zero's and they get welded contactors across the FX and SR platforms...Since you have opened the battery up already you would know that the contactors are pretty solid. Even EV west sells the same...
