Charges on 120 and 240 but sometimes doesn't registered when I plug in the cable to the bike. When that happens, if I wiggle the wires a little it will suddenly go blue light and start charging.

Update: Stark did get back to me within 24 hours and requested a time for an online meeting which I've now done. Stark only had to push an update to my bike and that fixed my issues. I did have the most recent firmware update pending for a few weeks, but just kept riding it without updating...

What scanner are you using? I don't do my own scans but in the past when I've had a 3rd party do them and send me the point cloud data to work with, they usually have to spray a non reflective coating on the part especially if it's shiny. Not sure if that could be your issue. I do this kind of...
