Yes the rules allow substitutions, but I'm not sure we would have to put someones name in that last spot. But if we don't know for sure, then we should probably just put someone in that spot just in case.

So am I mistaken that so long as Matt get's his bike before the event, we could add his as the 6th man correct? I was under the impression that our empty slot could be taken even after registration. I mean we are paying the same either way.

Ordered my helmet light yesterday. So I think I read that we could change riders up to the day of the event, but can we add a 6th rider after we register (we are still registering as a 6-man team)?

Anyone have decent lights for the pit area? I'm guessing we need to supply electricity for our pit lights as well. How many generators do we have? I don't have a generator, but I can borrow one if we need it.

Snydes, do you mean the additional expense of the chainguard/reflectors or are there additional inspection fees? i'm going to be getting my tags in VA first, but will eventually have to go through the process in PA.
