Even without the charger manufacturer or model, it likely can be repaired by the right person. If it were mine and I couldn't fix it, I'd look around for someone who could.

Definitely I’m seeking help to fix. I can deal with mechanical but not electrical. I’m hoping someone close to Seattle able to check my firmware and update if needed. Rashid510 told me there’s charger update possibly. There was another member with same AC ground not detected msg believe was fixed after firmware update. A member in Portland said he has multitool. If he can update I don’t mind driving down that way. Thanks,

I managed to borrow the data cable. Wondering if anyone in Seattle WA area can and know how to possibly update the firmware. Any help will be appreciated.
