The part number of the LCD is: EA DOGM240W-6
And the EA LED94x40-GR

So I don´t know if someone posted it before, but if not,
I hope it can help someone.
I broke my screen today in a minor rollover. I read yourpost and looked up EA LED94x40-GR on Mouser. $28ish after UPS shipping. I guess I'm going to be giving it a try soon. Thanks for the heads-up on how to do the repair.

I'm pretty confident in my soldering abilities, but it's there any additional programming or sealing information I'll need to know about getting the display to work and close up the housing? I'm mostly worried about waterproofing it as I was getting a bit of water intrusion before the incident today. I'll try to get some pictures and maybe video of my progress. Wish me luck!!!

I ordered the backlight and didn't realize it was separate from the glass screen part (EA DOGM240W-6). The only place I found them was overseas at Display Visions/Industrial Solutions (DISPLAY VISIONS Webshop) so I put two on order since the shipping was going to be the same for one or two. If I fix it, then I'll have a spare or can try to fix a display for someone else (if I'm successful). I'll post more on the repair process when I'm finished. Thanks again!
