Found Mark's explanation for it -
Pins C & 2 provide 9.15v, so we know the ACM provide the adequate voltage to turn on the BCU.
So now we are certain that the problem is within the pack itself, and not on the bike's side.

Finished another evening of trying to figure out what caused the bike to shut down.

Started with the ACM & its connections. All turned out within spec, including the supplied 9.15V to the battery pack.
So, bike side is fine.

Providing voltage to the contactors make them work well, and we even noticed the blue led on the BCU glowing when voltage is applied to the contactors.

Conclusion - something in the BCU between the incoming 9V and the contactors is malfunctioning.

Another conclusion - I need a new BCU 😞
