Firmware update

Does anyone know where to get a firmware update for a 2018 EX? My dealer shut down in Seattle and I can’t charge my bike with rapid charger.
Seatlle are preferably but Portland area would work also.

Unfortunately I don't know anyone local with the multitool software setup. There is a really excellent thread detailing how to create your own service laptop and update your firmware. Thanks to @TCMB371 check out this thread.

No one in the Pacific Northwest had equipment, but your equipment might make that a heck of alot easier
