Could any of these be a fix for my code 103 problem?

Possibly, are you using the fast charger or the standard charger? This conversation is regarding making an adapter for using the fast charger on 110v standard plugs.

I must be seeing something wrong then... You appear to be in Washington state, or Western Australia, and the bike with the charging issue is in Long Island.
