My stock chain slider is whiped out at 37 hours/630 miles. The centering piece is pretty much ground flat. I sent an email to order a couple sets.

BTW, very nice Tusk foot pegs/platforms!!!
Also, how do you like them @TCMB371?

The Tusk footpegs are great! Pegs are one of the first mods i make to a bike. I like large, sharp pegs on my bikes. That said, these pegs required a little bit of modification to get to fit (see the Tusk Footpeg thread.) They also tilt forward about 5 degrees, but its a pretty comfortable position.

Thanks. I normally run IMS Pro Series 4 pegs and they're like razor blades on the outer edges...and have huge holes in the arches of all my boots as a result. I may give them a try. Thanks.

This week Hot Foot @racer726 mailed me a pre-production sample of the Front Chain Slider to try out. It didn't make it here in time for my morning practice, but I found it in my mailbox as soon as I got back home.

The slider is an exact copy of the stock design. There are no supports or reinforcements. However, the material is so soft, you can twist it into a pretzel. There should not be any issues with them cracking. Granted, I am now thinking I should have put it into a freezer to see if it becomes hard and brittle at low temperatures.

The installation was a breeze. It took longer to take all the pictures, I swear. It fit right in place, all the holes lined up, and all the bolts went in like they should, bottoming firmly on the aluminum swing arm and not on the plastic. Perfect.

I will be ordering a couple more to keep in stock when @racer726 produces a larger batch.

would you be able to add a step up like the ktm ones?
Ive been thinking about combining the 2 lol
