It looks like there was some sort of brownout or blackout to the ACM. Could potentially be that the ACM got reset due to insufficient voltage in the 9V.

Note: When you are waiting for "target" in mutitool, wait a few seconds post shut down, then turn on the bike. If it does not work, fully shut down the vehicle, the laptop (keep the MT dongle plugged into the laptop) and restart the laptop w/multitool and try again.

so i was not on a low 9V cell , i tried new once and doesnt change anything , it was a very hot day that day and i was giving her lots of throttle so maybe it overheat i dont know
i did try both of the technics you tell me and it does not work unfortunately ,
i tried to upload an older version of firmware ,the blue light start flashing then everthing says ready to start but the acm is saying waiting for target
and after an hour or more with the bike plugged in the state never moved it was just blue light flashing i had to aboart it
