New bike help needed

I agree make your own power adapter super easy. I like the model below from Amazon, its UL listed

3 amps is 3 amps, you are conflating WATTS with amps. Volts = Watts/Amps. if your pulling 12A while slow charging you have a bad power plug, or high resistance

It's not that simple. The charger uses a boost converter to charge the battery at 450V and 3A for slow charging, this works out to around 12A of 110V current.

I agree, I see the error in my way. That's why the 120 is slow. but the Max for the charger is 420V and our battery pulls around 330v at a 10amp Max output, and 16amp input.

Did you actually check that it was 60 or was that in the documentation? My documentation said 60 but I got an Alpha. The dealership I got my bike from straightened out the paperwork for me. It is only a firmware upgrade to enable Alpha anyway that should be easy for them to remedy if so.

Does your bike power up ok? Is it just that the phone won't connect? What did you get for suspension specs?

Also some folks have reported a wipe of the phone helped when they had the "won't connect" issue. Depending on how adventurous you are you could maybe try something like this:

Are you getting help directly from Stark factory support? They should be able to log into your bike and straighten it out or at least address it. These bikes have generally been rock solid and they do have pretty good support from the factory.

The bikes also come with warranties which is uncommon for OHVs and Stark has been pretty good about getting folks up and running if they have issues. Folks have gotten full core parts replaced from the factory if there were problems. That wouldn't happen if you were on a KTM the struggle with those jackasses is legendary.

All set besides setting sag and final adjustments on levers. Will wire a 110 on it tomorrow before getting adapters and hopefully hear from support to pair the phone and bike.

Did you try rebooting the bike by pressing both buttons at the same time. Mine works like that and connects quickly.
