How long you guys wait w/ Stark’s remote troubleshooting before turning to a dealer, or..? Don’t wanna get ho$ed just to set this thing up..

The bike rips out of the box! Simply cannot sync the phone though, and got all I could from the seller. Did get the green light to stay on after a hard reset.

Note: Unregistered until today. Did not purchase new factory direct. Raffle winner; No affiliated shop to speak of. And so far, Stark is all bot chats and emails.

Email support via their website with your VIN, I am guessing the ownership needs to be transferred to you.
They respond in a business day or less, all communication I have had with Stark is via email, but always satisfactory.

Cool cool, just not used to this..! 🙏
It's actually the best support system ever. You have a 2 year warranty, and access to factory engineers for trouble shooting. They ship you new parts when appropriate. It may take a couple days sometimes, but unless you have a dealer 5 minutes from home, it's much more convenient.
Congrats on the raffle, how much did you spend on raffle tickets?

Welp.., I didn’t! I spent all my bucks buying from the guys that did! So, it’s kind of a congrats-worthy deal, provided this ownership transfer isn’t @!#?@! I’ll be the 1st registered owner, once all said and done. 🤞
