I have been charging my EX with my Anker F3800 for a couple weeks. It works great, but if you don't have an extended battery on, it won't fully charge. You get about 40-50% worth of charge, which is fine.
The only problem I had was, sometimes, not always, if you plug in the charger without turning the bike on first, it won't automatically start charging. One other problem, you can't charge the Anker with the 120V plug in while using the 240V output - which is annoying, because if you don't have any extra batteries plugged in, it won't fully charge the bike.
