I’m having my first problem with the Varg MX1. The bike is dead. It was working and I powered it off (not standby). Now the bike will not power on. No lights no sound nothing. Won’t power on or charge. The bike was at approximately 50 percent charge and running when I turned it off.
I contacted Stark through the support tab in the app and almost 4days later Stark responded by requesting a video of the dead bike. Specifically Stark wanted to see the LED status light. I had already explained in my chatbot service request that the bike was dead, no lights or sounds.
Question: Is there better way to get support from stark? Waiting 4 days for a useless response is not getting me anywhere.
I actually receive better support for my Alta from folks on this forum than what I’ve received from Stark.
Things I’ve tried already.
1 Checked the connections behind the front number plate for moisture and unplugged all those connections and reseated them after finding no moisture.
2 disconnected and reconnected the battery charger.
3 disconnected and reconnected the high voltage and CANBUS connectors from the battery.
The bike remains dead, no lights, no sounds nothing.
As always any help will be greatly appreciated.

Go ahead and make a video of you trying to turn it on and also trying to charge.
The video will probably be too big to email, with iphone you can use mail drop, or you can put it on youtube and send them a link.
From what I have seen in the past, they will probably either remote into your bike, or setup a time and day with you for a diagnostic session.
Stark support used to always respond within 24 hours, unfortunately now it's getting slower for your first reply, but after that it's usually 24 hours or less for the next replies.
Your other option is to take the bike to a dealer, but that might take longer...
