Stark Varg foot legs are no joke!

So, I got the side of my leg caught on the right peg of my Stark today and didn't think much of it (little pinch/scrape) which isn't too far out of the ordinary. One of my buddies noticed a spot of blood on the side of my bike so reluctantly, decided to check and see how bad it was. Yowza!!! It got me pretty good!

13 stitches later and I'm not much worse for the wear. Worst part about it was I had just got the bike off the charger and rode off my porch, so didn't get to put any time on it. Spent the afternoon at the urgent care, so my son rode it to get the battery back to storage charge.

Do you wear one of these when you ride the Varg?

How about the Alta with its knee-shredding shrouds?!!! I think it was Nick @privateer703 who had to exit the 24-hour race on his Alta after 1-2 stints because he decided not to wear knee pads? By the time someone offered him a set of knee pads his knees were all blue and red.

That looks painful. I've thought of filling the teeth down a bit, as I've thought of this scenario after seeing how much they chew up my the soles of my boots.

I have injured both legs because of these pegs. There is no reason for them to be so sharp, none. This is likely actionable.
Stark should offer an alternative peg.

Why not just file them down a bit? I'm not mad about the pegs. I was just pointing out that if you get a Stark, just be mindful (or go ahead and file them down, like I mentioned). They're really really good pegs! I love them

I ran Nihilo ti pegs on my Husky FE350 for a while as stock and they were razors on my legs and boots. I actually filed them down a little after a few close calls. Pretty funny considering as a kid I used to file my Hutch bear trap BMX pedal teeth razor sharp and rode bare leg with shorts!
