How’s this going for everyone? Has anyone ordered one? Any deliveries yet?

Mine is marked as “in production”. The delivery date is set for tomorrow, although I doubt it will actually happen. I ordered it on November 3rd and I’m based in the EU.

VIN is in the high 700s

No explanation as to why?
I can see their CS score taking another nose dive...

Depending on where you are, it's about 10 days from "out for delivery" to receiving the bike, and you haven't even got to produced stage.

On December 2nd I asked for an update and their reply was:

“The motorcycle should be shipped on December 9th, and the expected delivery date should be December 16th.”

Maybe they’re just not updating my status online?

Pretty normal I'm afraid...

When I ordered my EX original delivery was I think 2nd Feb. One update said 12th Feb. Then nothing else. Eventually received 1 April. Then it wasn't even legal in Spain until the 10th. THEN they avoided getting the paperwork sorted for another month 🙄

Just feels like you've been abandoned once they have your money. Sales is useless.

Tech support is OK though.

Yeah, I get that delays can happen, but this goes beyond “normal” delays. In my case the issue isn’t just waiting — it’s being given confirmed dates, then being told the bike was packed and ready, and only later being told the delivery depends on a portable charger that their supplier hasn’t delivered yet. If that had been clear from the start, fine — but the communication has been misleading and contradictory.

I agree with you on one thing though: once they have your money, it really does feel like you’re on your own. Sales communication has been poor at best. Let’s hope tech support being OK actually makes up for it later.

Missing their initial delivery deadline at launch is par for the course but that's very disappointing to see the same issues communicating adjusted delivery dates for their 3rd (or 4th if you count MX1.2) launch.

So, Stark Future released the SM in October 25; the first delivery dates stated in the order form at that time were at some point in December 25 before Christmas, varying by a couple days between different countries.
They announced the portable charger being available in February 2026, which they confirmed when it was published in the parts shop on their site, and it still does today.

Late November 2025, first dealers showed demonstrators and stock bikes arriving in their showrooms on social media. Early December 25, first unboxing videos popped up (by creators with existing channel) showing the SM with charging stands only.

When I went shopping before Christmas, the dealer said when I order before Christmas, I will receive the bike with charging stand in January 26 and get sent the portable charger in February 26 at no extra cost "as an incentive".

@Bmacir - will they now dodge your delivery date to until the portable charger is available? All things considered, you won't need 'an incentive' since they already have your order.
Pure speculation on my side: orders in local Winter are slower than expected, and they decided to pile up ordered&produced bikes in the factory in order to not pay extra for a) a bunch of charging stands that retail for €1027+VAT here and b) shipping cost for the portable charger. Not very faithful to customers, but an entrepreneurial decision none the less, if you consider the reality faced by newcomers like Alta and Energica.

Yes! I’ve explicitly been told that my delivery is delayed because of the (un)availability of the portable charger.

To be clear, I wasn’t promised anything explicitly but some customers still had their bikes shipped with the stand to meet the delivery window, while others (like me) didn’t. Missing the delivery date is frustrating enough; unequal treatment between customers is worse, and not even being told by how much the delivery is delayed really sucks. This kind of inconsistency is bad for any company, especially one relying on early adopters. My enthusiasm has taken a real hit, and honestly, I’m starting to regret the purchase…
