Yes, agree 100%. Nothing is gonna affect the bike so serious by just mounting SM wheels on the EX or MX, and t seems like i work for them, helping others by giving them information, it feels like i'm customer support. I take and upload a lot of photos and videos on instagram, free advertising content for them, haha. In fact, 10 photos they've uploaded to Instagram in the community posts are mine. I'm not trying to brag, but they've uploaded more of my photos than anyone else. They're clever, they advertise themselves for free using other people's photos. Also, I make a living from photography and videos, so I do it with pleasure.

No doubt they take care, some people say they are terrible but thats life

Maybe i can buy one for you at my country, 60hp its 10.800€. In mainland Spain 60hp is 13.050€. We have very low taxes, come here and we ride together when you receive it! Tenerife is the dream!

I dont think is possible to find a used 60hp for less than 9k right now, maybe in a couple of months or a year but for 10.800 you have a NEW one here... i think my country have the cheapest Vargs

Most issues i see with customer support is just really poor description of the issue. Hard to proper diagnose an issue when the spoken launguage is ''idiot''.

Haha importing is the issue. Needs to be above 6000km and 6 months old otherwise it's the full 21% VAT AND something we call BPM. I was looking into importing but that is way more expensive than the €1000 Spain is cheaper

i dont even know anymore... on Galfer website says that the D606SM is for the REAR not the FRONT. The FRONT is the D607 for the Stark according with Galfer, doesnt makes sense to me anyway. Look at my above post with the screenshots

The DF606SM is a 320mm front rotor. All the 607's are rear rotors. I think they just transposed their numbers on the chart.

The DF606SM is 4.5mm thick, but the factory EX rotor is only 3.2mm thick according to Google AI. Is there any way to use that rotor on the EX?

EDIT: I just emailed Galfer and asked them if they have a 320mm setup for the front of an EX. I'll let you know what they say.

i dont know how thick it is but is thicker than the stock one and it fits with no problem
is the 260mm version but it should have the same thickness than the 320mm, maybe im wrong

looking on Starks site, you're right. Don't buy it from Stark then for your EX, it won't fit. Buy the DF606SM, that's the one I got and its about 2/3rd of the price.

Yes, This is the disc I ordered. I got the KTM brembo spacer. part number 77013914000. The disc is 4.5mm while the stock is 3mm so there was a little rub on the caliper spacer at first. I shimmed the wheel 1mm away from the disc side fork, but eventually removed approx 0.5mm of material from the caliper spacer where the disc rubbed.

After reading your post, I did a little research. It appears the KTM 320mm disc is 4mm thick. I’m assuming their caliper adapter bracket is made for that thickness of rotor. That’s probably why your brake pad (left pad?) rubbed on your 4.5mm thick disc. I’m guessing that if you had used the KTM rotor you would not have had any rubbing.

If that’s true, Galfer probably made their caliper adapter adapter bracket (part# SP066) to work with their thicker 4.5mm disc so that the pad won’t rub, meaning it probably spaces the caliper out (to the left) an additional .5mm over the KTM part.

I’ve made a couple assumptions there. What do ya’ll think of my logic?

Edit: Basically, I’m guessing if your disc and caliper adapter bracket are the same brand, you shouldn’t have any problems with uneven rubbing of the brake pads.
