Stark Varg SM

I have ridden my EX on a few tracks and it works well on small tracks. On tracks with longer straights you can only ride for 10-15 minutes every 2 hours (3groups x 20min sessions skipping every other session for charging and letting the battery cool down) as the longer straghts eat the battery like crazy and cause the bike to cut nearly all power because the battery overheats.
It's not clear if they have changed anything on the SM to help with overheating, I wonder if you would have the same issues with a SM but at least there's not much overheating (if any) in this range vid.

That Jaume Gaya is indeed a top level rider; here are some results from the 2024 Supermoto of Nations (dry race so the laptimes were not affected by weird conditions); just select the event S1oN Carole. In qualifying he did 1:40.5 while Schmidt 1:37.2, so pretty good.
Maybe you don't know who Schmidt, that I've chosen as a benchmark, is: keep in mind that Schmidt is the current S1 World Champion and he also beat Febvre at the 2015 Mettet Superbiker when he was a 20 years old rising star and Febvre was the MXGP champion (dry racing there, too).

Expected delivery time to DE in the configurator went up from 12.12.2025 to 19.12.2025 in the last two days since it is online.
7d -2d passed -2d weekend is a net 3 working days increase of the queue.
I posted that 51 days ago. The estimated waiting time was 61 days back then.
Delivery date in the configurator today is 20.02.2025, so 76 days. Stark sold the equivalent of 15 days waiting time in between. Might be suppliers delaying goals by two weeks, or simply the Christmas break closing for two weeks.
That said, both dealers near me have two or three SM now in the show room.

Increasing waiting time could just be a (good) sign that they sell faster that they can produce.

Haven't seen anything indicating that SM deliveries to customers started yet, we'll see if they are on schedule before Christmas.

Increased wait time will be down to Spain being in Christmas mode now, so everything slows to a crawl. This weekend is a bank holiday for example. Also, alot for people will take 1-2 weeks holiday over Christmas, so every step takes longer.
At this point I swear Stark are sadists, or haven't learnt that Christmas is a thing that Spain takes seriously.

Just roll out your new model in Jan/Feb for April release (can't release much later or you'll be running into the summer shut down).
