The 3D printer did.I wonder who made the new style shrouds. If it was Acerbis (my guess) or someone else.
Printing this part will not end well. It's great for testing purposes, but you do not want to ride it. Same with urethane mold ones.
They break too easily.
With FDM 3D printed parts, the bond between layers will always be a weak spot, regardless of material.Depends on the type of plastic used. Some thermoplastics, like PLA, are hard but brittle. Others, like PETG, offer incredible strength while allowing some flexibility. Others, like Nylon, are incredibly strong and rigid.
