Hey guys, as the title states, just seeing if the KTM XTRIG 22mm setup will work with the Varg? My only thing is the mounting points for the fenders.

I do not know about the bearings. But I know you'd have to shim the bottom fork leg clamps because KYB SSS fork legs are thinner than WP 48AER legs. I have done it before, you can order shim stock from McMaster.com. It's pink, IIRC 0.015" thick, but you should verify this yourself.

FYI if you didn’t see yet, XTrig makes these for Stark now. I have a set waiting to install…
You have to run the FlexFix clamps to use the phone cradle on top. They don’t show or explain that, but that’s what I’ve come up with anyway. Obviously you can run without the phone as well.

hi - do you know if the WP Stanchoins have the same diameter as KYBs? (they both have 48mm lowers), the lower headset bearing is the same on the KTM and on the Stark? how did you fit the fender and the number plate - would love to have some more details - best regards chris
They are not the same diameter as KYB. Stock clamps will not work. I did custom mounts for the fender and front number plate. There are a few different geometries that I've seen for x trig clamps, I have one of each. I did a weld on solution on one bike, and 3d printed bolt on parts for the other. This is the latest build I did IMG_0336.jpeg
