    Tesla ATV and Cybertruck

Oh, I'll haul around a small 12kw 3 cyl diesel generator in the back of that thing if I need to! Imagine the horror of all the Tesla fans? Hahahhahaa!

How-To : Install and Use Alta Multitool Software

Absolutely +1. I bought a cheap new Lenovo 11e, dumped Windows, install Ubuntu and love it. It's my go to laptop now. 4gb ram, 128gig SSD, no performance issues at all.

    Tesla ATV and Cybertruck

Stainless steel body/frame/exo-skelton/monocoque, whatever you want to call it, as long as it isn't too brittle (and stress cracks), that for me! My cars rot out from underneath me. I had 600k miles on my TDI and I replaced nearly every body panel at least once. The New England roads are...

    Tesla ATV and Cybertruck

I haven't seen any pull through chargers. The mall I occasionally go to has a dozen chargers in a row. The most I've seen is 4 Tesla's there at any one point. Dropping a trailer that has an electric tongue jack is no problem to drop. 2 minutes max. I assume the CT will have a camera...

    Tesla ATV and Cybertruck

What do you mean by it's an option for another vehicle? Sounds like Tesla is a tough company to work for. I can image that it is.

    Tesla ATV and Cybertruck

The ATV was not an option when you picked out the spec's for the truck. The final "options list" will be available closer to the delivery window, such as solar bed cover, ATV, etc., and whatever else had become available over the next 2-3 years.

I put a deposit on the dual motor 4wd version too. I like the Blade Runner look! Why not go for it?

J Day Offroad, last GP of the season at Southwick.......

I have a '17 MX. I'd say that the bikes are fine down to the 20s. As the cells warm up from use, their fine. If the bike cold soaks, it does take some time to get to full power. The J Day events are well suited to the Altas. There are three of us doing the events now. Let me know if...

    2018 MXR in Denmark

Congrats! My advice, never spray down the display with water. Neither pressure washer nor hose. The rest of the components seem to be fine with normal dirt bike wash downs, but common sense prevails; don't stick the pressure washer right into the frame and blast away, avoid wheel bearings...

Anyone want to waste some money😂

Hey, I put in an offer to buy all the Alta dealer tools. They didn't like my offer and I can respect that. Some dealers were owed money for warranty repairs, many were expecting kickback for discounts allowed on EX and MX models. I'm sure they hope to recoup as much money as possible. In the...

I got 400 miles out of the All Ballz front wheel bearing kit. Turned 900 mile yesterday and, before my last moto, I noticed some slop in the bearings.

J Day Offroad, last GP of the season at Southwick.......

The day started off at a brisk 28 degrees, frost covering the ground. Every stick of wood used to make the Extreme Section was as slick as ice, hard to walk on it without wiping out. For the season finale, the extreme section sported a jersey barrier! Thankfully, the organizers provided a go...
