I've accidentally hit the mode button many times! The mode in indicator is too small to read when riding (racing), so I have to press the up or down button 5 times in a row to get to M1 or M4, then switch to M3 or M2.

Money well spent! I considered the entire KTM swap with AER forks. Price aside, the Spheres are pretty damn amazing. I don't think there is any modification to 4CS forks that will come close to the Spheres. I'm convinced they were well worth the price.

I did purchase the Dal Soggio Spheres for the Alta. They absolutely transformed the bike, amazing difference how the bike handles.

No, the hours are not "tallying" when it's charging. The far right button on the display will bring up the hours. If the hours don't display, the bike may have very early firmware.

Hey, welcome! The laptop maybe of some use to you, but the dealer version of Multitool was far less capable than the engineering version that is available to download. You could easily upgrade the version of MT and sell the laptop, with the Alta dongle, to help keep someone up and rolling...

So two A pack bikes, no confirmation that the bikes were updated, and both with the Rapid charger. My gut tells me the bikes need to be updated. Did you both get the bikes with the rapid charger? Did the previous owner charge up the bikes with the rapid charger?

Stopped 103 is an error on the charger side, not seeing the correct voltage or not sensing the correct ground. I have one outlet in my house the charger will not work on.

Do you have a generator? If yes, try the charger with that. If the GFCI wont stay "reset", you'll need to make up the plug that bonds the neutral to ground. Read this for reference Honda EU2200 issue..
