Another thought... my generator enclosure has a 120V 20A convenience outlet for the block heater and charger, maybe that Kohler does too. Looks to me like that facility has plenty of significant electrical add-ons - if there's a maintanance supervisor etc. it might be worthwhile to buy him...

Excellent! Now all you need is to find an opposite-polarity 120V outlet - hopefully in the same room - and make up a 240V cable. :) Just kidding... 120V is SO much better than nothing.

I think this is inevitable trickle-down from the OEM racing programs, but imo it's also a guarantee that gas-station pump air thru an old sandblasting hose won't be used. Filtered / dried compressed air would probably work fine for most temperate-zone non-racers, but tropical or desert riders...
