    TCMB 3D Printed Parts

Next revision of the stock replacement front fender bracket. Thickened up a bit for added strength and closed up clearances for a tight fit.

Initial testing went well. The black bracket i printed in PETG did break after repeatedly and purposefully jumping and landing to flat. The two PLA versions i printed held up to normal riding abuse much better. Neither of the two PLA brackets broke, so things are looking promising! After...

2009 CRF 450 front fender and number plate comes stock on the MX/MXR (just different colors, obviously). I think most CRF front fenders and number plates from 2009+ used the same mounting style as well.

You can enable telemetry recording on any GoPro that is a 5 Black and up. I have the base model hero 5 but i flashed the Hero 5 Black firmware onto it, so its essentially a hero 5 black. A .wav file is recorded alongside your video that contains all of the telemetry data. You have to use the...

Just making my own thread to post video clips in. To start, here's some raw GoPro footage from last Friday on the Fox Raceway vet track with @Jayfox911 Instagram post by Bryan Haskell • Feb 3, 2020 at 8:26am UTC

Well, first I would probably hand you a chill pill . Geez. And then I'd probably convert them over to a recessed metal nut surrounded on 3 sides by plastic. It would have more surface area against the plastic which would help resist twisting and pulling out when tightened. But then...

I want the tooling for the subframe. So i can slightly modify it to eliminate those damn brass inserts. :poop:

We'd love to have the tooling! Are they trying to sell it or give it to the community in good faith? :) Either way, we shouldn't pass up the opportunity to get whatever tooling, etc that we can.

Definitely will be! I first want to track test the pieces to make sure they hold up to some normal rough motocross track riding before i list them for sale. I'm heading to the track tomorrow and will be performing initial testing. Once i'm satisfied with the durability and strength of the parts...

Printed the first front fender bracket in PETG. Looks really good in black! PETG is likely the best thermoplastic for this application. It's very difficult to snap, especially beyond a few mm's of thickness. Will be track testing a few versions this weekend to make sure it holds up to rough...

Bladder kit for Mxr 2018/2019 WP shock. That is the same size and dimensions as the stock WP shock reservoir. K-Teck makes it

Performance wise it should be the same, so long as you don't have a sticky piston. If the piston can't move, you run into bleeding issues and shock fade. With a bladder system, the bleed process is pretty easy. One benefit of a bladder system is that it typically has a normal schrader valve, so...

    TCMB 3D Printed Parts

Final revision before initial track testing! I modified the brake line mount a bit and beveled in some edges for clearance reasons. The whole mount feels very strong and has virtually 0 flex. Even the stock metal mount has a little flex to it. Looks way better than the stock black hook!

    TCMB 3D Printed Parts

Yup, agreed. I already have a version modeled and printed that would utilize a upper central hole that would need to be drilled and tapped into the triple clamp. Just initially want to focus on getting the stock style mount as strong as i can make it for those that don't want to modify their...

    TCMB 3D Printed Parts

Just getting the rough design worked out right now using cheap PLA. Still need to make a few more tweaks. But I'm hoping I can make a brace much stronger than the stock one. Here's rev2 of the design. I added bracing and increased thickness in areas and it's a lot stronger. Also modified the...

It's so satisfying to model a part from scratch and the first print fits PERFECTLY. Now on to testing and refinement

Well I broke my last stock front fender bracket last weekend. I suppose this is a good time to attempt to make a replacement.
