Off to a slow start, just started dragging a camera along on rides. Next challenge is to remember to stop and take pictures! This is on the west flanks of Buck mtn, on the Olympic peninsula looking west.

There must have been a restart somewhere... My EXR is #103. And I believe it's newer than most of the MXRs. Did I misunderstand something?

I have EXR#103, with 1000 miles and 55 hrs, I am not experiencing any problems. Unless you consider a bald rear tire a problem... To be replaced very soon.

Love your pictures, may be a month or so before we get any snow in Western Washington, but so much fun!

I too hope Alta survives, the whatever new models might be in the design pipeline would surely be epic. But for now, my biggest concern is the lifespan of the battery, it is likely the first thing that will wear out.

Those are some great looking trails you have out there, I will need to stop once in a while to get some pics of the trails here to share with everyone.

I prefer to remain in a state of ignorance and bliss, ignore my problems until they go away, or become someone else's.

From a chemistry perspective, technically alcohol is a solution...

Thanks for the info, makes me less concerned about charging in the winter, power goes out around here pretty often.

I have a question about charging, and this seemed to be the best place to put it... If I am charging my bike, and the power goes out/ generator runs out of gas unexpectedly, will this cause a problem? I have never been brave enough to stop the charging process abruptly without allowing the...

The more I see that Harley thing, the more I am reminded that they have not made anything else that has ever interested me either.

It would be more fun to have a friend with a pickup truck haul me and the bike to the top of a mountain road, then coast all the way down to use the Regen to charge the battery. Repeat as required to complete charging. Sounds like a winner to me!

Done my part to ensure Alta will not be forgotten easily.

While I don't require support at the moment, it is definitely reassuring to know that parts and tech support will be available in the event I manage to wad my bike into a tree.

Haha, not looking for freebies, looking for another way to give them money to hopefully keep the lights on and doors open. That and make an awesome bike just a little more capable of certain things.
