+1. Once I got the suspension dialed in I had a lot of fun on my Zero (228 lbs w/one 2.8k battery, 27hp), and even just a 2.8k 350V battery would've been a big improvement over the low-voltage setup. Not even close to an Alta, but my point is that the lighter/modular setup is very doable.

Stark makes two chargers: one for the EU etc., and another for Australia (220V 50Hz, no neutral). I can't see either one requiring a neutral connection for 220-240V operation.

Fwiw, I think the Stark Spal fan specs may be 12VDC / 3A / 30W (36VA). This Trail Tech radiator fan appears to use the same motor as the Stark fan.

Thanks for the review! I agree 100% that throttle response should be adjustable - it's one of the major selling points for me, and still appears in the Stark videos. Re the price... the bike I ordered on July 4 2023 was $1K higher than the others, and the foot brake option now adds $200.

A Warp 9 99-41812-2 is what I got (2.5" Elite rim), bolted right on w/OEM spacers. I also put oversize rims on the F & R OEM wheels, way more work of course.

Good points! I think if 450F gears-1-thru-5 dyno traces had their 'areas under the curves' averaged, the gearbox-related gains might be less than expected. Also, the Stark's final drive could be tweaked quite a bit to move a lot of RW torque down lower in the speed range with nearly the same...

I'd say no. The YZ's trace is above the 50hp SV trace from 50 to 85mph, imo above most non-Daytona MX/SX track speed ranges.. When I look at these graphs, I have to force myself to concentrate only on the left-hand side, as that's where I'll actually be using my bike. Looks like Stark definitely...
