I kept it in map 1 the entire time and the 11 mile loop took me to 60%. That was with very little wheel spin and taking it really easy. If you had a 20 mile loop you won't be fast and if you have rain with slick, muddy conditions you may have a problem.

Matt, Whats the access to water (potable and non-potable- cleaning)? Just wondering if I should pick-up a spigot jug of water for hand washing and cleaning (goggles).

I was able to successfully title and register my MXR in Virginia. It was a bit of a run around, but ultimately the hardest part was waiting for the paperwork to be processed.

Burning HD t-shirts is not a good idea, they leak oil everywhere. I agree that at least the first loop out should be 1 lap. If we are ready for the rider change we shouldn't lose that much time pitting. I'll be arriving at the venue around 9-10AM (ish) with 5 gallons of diesel ready to go...

I hadn't seen that tool before. $100 is a bit pricey, but I foresee more than a few tire changes with this bike so that just might be worth it.

Anyone bringing a tire changing stand? I attempted to put on the tubliss and I must have pinched the inner tube. The bucket I use doesn't help much either.
