I use the Cycra vented front fender and dont seem to have such an issue. The alta fender and plate are from newer Hondas.

I dont understand some of these dealer service dept stories of waiting several days to even look at the bike. I wouldnt expect to have it looked at within seconds of bringing it in, but Alta seems pretty simple and quick to diagnose issues via software, so why not throw a tech on it for 15...

Today I hare scrambled my 17 Redshift MX. I started with a 100% full battery, minus a 200 foot ride to the start area, and race +40A. With a dead engine start, it of course ripped the holeshot easily. At 1 hour 21 minutes I was stuck on the side of the trail without any power left at all...
